Choosing the right size option for your parcel will ensure there are no hiccups along the way. And we’ll show you how to do it!
Sendle has four exact weight tiers:
If you’re sending anything above 1.5kg (up to 20kg), there is a base rate that applies for each zone, plus a per kilo incremental rate, which you can see here.
Dimensions allowed for international parcels:
|Allowed total dimensions (L+H+W)||No side longer than|
|Weight up to 1.5kg||90 cm||60 cm|
|Weight over 1.5kg and up to 20kg||150cm||105cm|
For example: if the parcel is (10cm + 50cm + 60cm), the parcel is 120cm in total.

You can check delivery prices via the order page on your dashboard by doing a test booking (don’t worry, you’ll never be charged for anything without your confirmation).
COVID-19 changes to international orders:
Due to flight and travel restrictions as a result of the current pandemic and foreign exchange rates, we’ve had to adapt our pricing for international orders.
The international surcharges will be:
- Zone 1 (NZ): $1.50
- Zone 2 (Asia): $2.50
- Zone 2 (US & Canada): $3.50
- Zone 2 (UK & Europe): $5.50
- Zone 3 (Rest of world): $9.50
Unfortunately, for some countries, we can’t deliver parcels bigger than 2kg. If your destination country falls into this category, you won’t be able to complete the booking. You can keep up to date with COVID-19 news and changes to our delivery estimates on the blog.
