Pickup coverage for international deliveries

The international pickup service is available to customers in parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.

Any time we change our pickup coverage in a way that affects you, we'll send you an email – just make sure you have your pickup address saved in your Sendle account, and that you're subcribed to our emails (you can subscribe here).

Countries we deliver to

Through our delivery partners, we can deliver to over 220 countries worldwide.

Countries we can’t deliver to

There are a few countries we can't deliver to, including US embargoed countries like North Korea, and countries where the local postal authority does not have an arrangement in place with DHL.

COVID-19 changes to international orders

  • Due to limited international flights, international deliveries might take a little longer, and there are a few more countries that we can't send to. See above for the up to date list.
  • We’ve had to adapted our pricing for international orders because of the need for alternate delivery routes for parcels. See our current international delivery prices.
