We are constantly expanding our reach so you can Sendle parcels all over the world.
This article will outline where you can find pickup and delivery locations.
Please note that it is not possible to use our drop off service for international parcels.
We also do not ship from any countries abroad into Australia.
COVID-19 changes to international orders:
- Due to flight and travel restrictions because of the global pandemic, we can't send to some countries.
- We’ve also had to adapt our pricing for international orders to take into account foreign exchange rates and alternate travel arrangements for parcels. Check out current international pricing.
- Unfortunately, for some countries, we can’t deliver parcels bigger than 2kg. If your destination country falls into this category, you won’t be able to complete the booking.
Right now, the international pickup service is available to customers in parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
If you’d like to check whether your suburb falls into radius, take a look at this list we put together (there are some suburbs we can’t service either domestically or internationally).
We’ll send all customers who have their pickup address saved in their Sendle dashboard an email notifying them of any changes (and if you need to resubscribe to our emails, you can do it here).
International delivery coverage
Through our delivery partners, we can deliver to over 200 countries worldwide.

Countries we can’t send to
We’ve partnered with DHL and all of the major postal authorities around the globe to send your parcels internationally.
However, there are a few countries we can’t send to (such as US embargo countries like North Korea, or where the local postal authority does not have a current arrangement in place with DHL). Please note that Guatemala is currently temporarily suspended due to political unrest.
