Sendle account types
There are three account types to choose from, each with different rates.
- Standard
No contracts, no minimum orders, no hidden fees. This account is best if you send parcels infrequently. - Premium
Lower rates than Standard, with no contracts and no hidden fees – just a minimum volume of 20 parcels a month. (If you end up sending less than that, there’s no penalty – we’ll just pop you over to our Standard rates.) - Pro
Our best rates, with no contracts and no hidden fees, just a minimum volume of 200 parcels a month. (We won’t punish you if you end up sending less than that, we’re not your parents – we’ll just shift you over to our Premium rates.)

Pricing
Domestic prices
Domestic parcel prices have three pricing tiers, which are based on distance:
- Same-city
- National (travelling between capital cities and regional centres)
- Remote (travelling to any remote location listed here)
The prices in each tier depend on where you’re sending from, so make sure to set your location in the drop down when you check out our domestic prices or our remote prices.
International prices
International orders are priced by zone, and the prices don’t change based on where you’re sending from in Australia.
The zones are:
- New Zealand (Zone 1)
- Asia Pacific (Zone 2)
- North America (Zone 3)
- Western Europe (Zone 4)
- The rest of the world (Zone 5)
Check out our international prices here.
Sending sizes
There are six standard Sendle sizes:
- 250g Pouch (Pro only)
- Satchel (500g, A4)
- Handbag (1kg/4L)
- Shoebox (3kg/12L)
- Briefcase (5kg/20L)
- Carry-on (10kg/40L)
- Check-in (25kg/100L)
To fit in a size, both the volume AND weight must be under the limits for that size. We’ve popped more information in this article about Sendle size and weight options.

Sendle's Price Guarantee
Sendle guarantees that you can send your 500g, 1kg/4L, 3kg/12L, 5kg/20L, 10kg/40L and 25kg/100L parcels to Sendle’s same-city and national zones for less than standard Parcel Post rates.
This means that if the standard Parcel Post rate is cheaper than Sendle's same-city or national zone price for a 500g, 1kg/4L, 3kg/12L, 5kg/20L, 10kg/40L and 25kg/100L parcel… we will beat the price.
