Every parcel with Sendle is given a unique order reference number and tracking link – for free!
You can track your parcel through the Sendle dashboard, email notifications or through the tracking page.
Here are the details about how you can track your parcel:
Sendle dashboard
As the sender, the easiest way to track your parcel is through your dashboard. Just click on the order you want to track and you’ll see its progress right away!
Email notifications
If you include the receiver’s email address with the booking, they’ll automatically get tracking notifications by email (the first one will be to confirm pickup). We include a delivery estimate so both of you know approximately when the parcel will arrive. We also include a tracking link so you can track the parcel along the way. We've put together this guide about the type of receiver information we ask for (and what content they get from us).
You can also manage your account email and feed notifications in your Sendle dashboard Settings>Notifications.
Simple tracking page
We recommend including the receiver’s email address in every booking to make things super simple. However, if you don’t include the receiver’s email address on the booking, they can still track the parcel through a simplified tracking page using the reference number:
- You will need to give the receiver the Sendle tracking code (for example: S3NDLER).
- Tell them to go to https://try.sendle.com/tracking and enter this unique tracking code.
Manage your parcel in the Sendle Toolbox
You can manage your delivery through the parcel tracking page in the Sendle Toolbox. It’s a quick and easy way to update pickup instructions, organise redeliveries or lodge parcel investigations.
If the parcel is late
If your parcel hasn’t arrived yet and it’s been more than two days since the delivery estimate, this article will explain what to do.
