Earning Velocity Frequent Flyer Points with Sendle

Standard and Premium account holders can earn Velocity Frequent Flyer Points on every Sendle order. Yay! Here’s the most important bits of info you’ll need:

Simply add your Velocity name and number to the prompt when you sign in or to the Rewards tab in your Account settings.

Earning points

Any Velocity Points will be accrued 14 days after an order is made. Please allow up to 28 days from the date of your order before enquiring about point balances (you’ll need to speak with the team at Velocity for all questions regarding points). 

Other important things

Keep in mind that Sendle Can’t verify that you have linked your account correctly (that’s up to the team at Velocity).
