You can update or delete a stored card within your Sendle account at any time. Here’s how you do both:
Replace a stored card
- Head over to the ‘Billing’ tab in your Sendle dashboard.
- Then tap ‘Edit’ next to the existing card number.
- Enter in your new details and save.
Remove a stored card
- Head over to the ‘Billing’ tab in your Sendle dashboard.
- As long as you don’t have any pending invoices for your account, you can remove a stored card by clicking ‘Remove’ next to your card number.
Heads up: If there is a pending invoice, you will need to wait for the weekly billing cycle to complete before removing your card. Just wait 7 days and complete the steps above!
