And, we’ve extended our Price Guarantee to include Sendle Express.
How do I claim the guarantee?
To claim the guarantee, send us a link to published standard Parcel Post pricing lower than Sendle for your 250g, 500g, 1kg/4L, 3kg/12L, 5kg/20L, 10kg, 20kg and 25kg parcels within our same-city, near ƒmetro, near capital, or national network (excluding applicable fuel surcharge), and we will beat the price for you.
The same goes for Express Post! If you find published pricing for standard Express Post rates that are lower than our same-city, near metro, near capital and national zones for 1kg/4L, 3kg/12L, 5kg/20L parcels, get in touch.
Please note that this guarantee can only be claimed within 5 business days after you have sent a parcel with Sendle and you will be provided with your choice of either a credit or refund equal to the amount you have over-paid.
You can send this link to us via our normal support form and we will beat the price for you, by refunding the difference you have overpaid. Remember, this guarantee can only be claimed within 5 business days after you have sent a parcel.
How does Sendle calculate the pricing for the guarantee?
Sendle offers simple, low pricing with no hidden extras or nasty surprises. The guarantee is based on Sendle Standard prices compared to published Australia Post rates (excluding applicable fuel surcharge).

- The Guarantee: The Sendle Price Guarantee only applies for 250g, 500g, 1kg/4L, 3kg/12L, 5kg/20L, 10kg, and 20kg parcels sent within our same-city, near metro, near capital and national parcel destinations compared to the latest standard Parcel Post rates, published 3 July 2023.
- The Guarantee excludes fuel surcharges.
- Parcels sent to our “Remote”, “Regional” or “International” destinations are not covered by this guarantee.
- We will not price match on a previously sent parcel. Any specially negotiated, bulk, corporate or eParcel rates are not eligible for our Price Guarantee.
- The Sendle Price Guarantee cannot be combined with any other Sendle or Parcel Post discount or offer.
- Parcel Post and Express Post is a trademark of the Australian Postal Corporation which is not associated with this offer. “Post without the office” is a trademark of Sendle Pty Ltd.
- This guarantee came into effect on March 29, 2018
