Change pickup date

You can change the pickup date up to the day before your parcel is due to be collected – just don’t forget to remove your parcels from the pickup area to avoid accidental pickup!

You can schedule pickups up to three business days in the future. If you need to schedule a pickup for a date that's more than three business days away, you'll need to cancel your order and rebook it closer to that date.

How to reschedule a pickup:

  1. Open the order you want to reschedule from your dashboard. 
  2. Scroll down to Manage parcel and click Reschedule pickup.Screen_Shot_2022-04-12_at_10.03.42_am.png
  3. Choose your new pickup date (we can only schedule 3 days in advance).
