Rescheduling a pickup
To reschedule a pickup with Sendle, the easiest way is to use the Sendle Toolbox (this is a set of tools in your dashboard that makes it quick and easy to manage your parcel).
It’s completely free to reschedule your parcel pickup within three business days following your original pick up date.
Here’s how you do it:
- Go to the specific order in the dashboard.
- Scroll down to the ‘Manage parcel’ section.
- Choose the option to ‘reschedule pick up’.
- You’ll then be asked to select your new pickup date.
- Submit your request.
Don’t forget to remove your parcels from the pickup area to avoid accidental pickup or scanning!
Heads up: if you need to reschedule after three business days of your original pickup, you’ll need to cancel the order and then rebook.
