What is flat-rate pricing?
Sendle is free to sign up to, with no membership fees and no hidden costs. Basically, flat rate pricing means you only pay for the orders you send.
There are also no lock-in contracts or minimum volumes: all our costs are included upfront in the quote each time you book in a parcel for delivery.
What does Sendle’s service include?
We offer all of the following inclusions at no extra charge:
- Parcel pickup
- Redelivery and collection points
- Signature on Delivery on parcels over 500g
- Return to sender
- Loss insurance
- Customer parcel support
- eCommerce integrations
No hidden costs
With parcel delivery, there are some potential, additional costs to look out for:
