Want to update your account details with Sendle, or upgrade your account plan? No worries.
This article will let you know how to change your personal information, pickup address, password, API, and your payment info.
How to change your personal details
- Login to your dashboard.
- Go to the Settings page.
- Click on the ‘Account’ tab from the top menu.
- Update your name, email, phone number and timezone.
How to change your password
- Login to your dashboard.
- Go to the Settings page.
- Click on the ‘Password’ tab from the top menu.
- Enter your old password and then the new one.
- Click the ‘Update password’ button.
How to change your pickup address
- Login to your dashboard.
- Go to the Settings page.
- Click on the ‘Sending details’ tab from the top menu.
- Update your address details and pickup instructions.
- You can also click the box to hide your pickup address.
- Make sure you’ve ticked the box agreeing to the Dangerous Goods declaration too!
How to check your Ship & Save savings level
The Ship & Save page in your Sendle dashboard has all the up-to-date information about your current savings level discount, as well as your 4-week spending period (including how much money you’ve saved with Sendle and how much you’ve spent).
How to update your billing information
The Billing content tab is useful for saving a record of your billing contact information.
- Login to your dashboard.
- Go to the Settings page.
- Click on the ‘Billing contact’ tab from the top menu.
- Update billing contact information in the fields provided (this article will be helpful too).
