We’ve made it super easy to disconnect and reconnect your eCommerce store from the Sendle dashboard. The process is the same for whichever platform you use for your store:
- Go to your Sendle dashboard and click on the Integrations tab from the navigation menu.
- Pick which store you want to disconnect from.
- Click 'Disconnect from integration' (remember, you can disconnect and reconnect at any time).
Heads up: disconnecting your eCommerce store will not cancel any Sendle orders that have already been booked. They will remain in the 'Sending' tab of your Sendle dashboard.
