The delivered parcel can’t be found - I'm the sender

The tracking pages all say the parcel is delivered, but the receiver can’t seem to find it. In this article, we’ve covered all the steps you can take if this happens.

If the tracking on your dashboard says it’s been delivered

If the parcel has been recorded as being delivered with a signature (but the receiver hasn’t got it yet), it may be because:

  • It was signed for by a colleague, family member, friend or neighbour (the receiver may need to ask around)
  • It has been transferred to a third-party agent to complete delivery and it is still in transit – this is typical for more rural deliveries and is nothing to worry about, it’ll arrive soon!
  • Accidentally scanned as delivered when it was being scanned as in transit – we recommend waiting a day to see if it receives an additional tracking scan

If the parcel has been delivered without a signature, it may be because:

  • It was booked with 'Authority To Leave', allowing the driver to leave the parcel in a safe place on the property. Check if this is recorded in your dashboard and if it’s somewhere out of the weather!
  • It has been transferred to a third-party agent to complete delivery and it is still in transit. This is typical for more rural deliveries and is nothing to worry about
  • It was accidentally scanned as delivered when it was meant to be scanned as in-transit. We recommend waiting a day to see if it receives an additional tracking scan
