Can I collect the parcel from the local depot?

If there’s an issue with the delivery address or the receiver’s information, you might be looking for a way to troubleshoot the parcel being delivered by collecting it from the depot before it reaches its destination.

Unfortunately this isn’t a service we can provide at this time. Sorry!

This is because we can’t guarantee that we’d be able to get it in time or intercept it at exactly the right moment... chances are, the parcel is already with the driver on its way to the receiver.
