Can a parcel be intercepted or returned to me?

You’ve booked a Sendle parcel for delivery, it’s been picked up, and now it’s on its way to the receiver... but you’ve realised it needs to come back to you.

This might be because the wrong parcel was sent by mistake, the receiver doesn’t want the parcel anymore, or there was an error on the receiver’s address.

However, we can’t intercept or return a parcel to the sender while it’s in transit. Sorry!

This is because we’d need to intercept the parcel at the exact right moment, create and print a new label (which you’d then be charged for) and manually organise it to be sent back... that could get a bit messy and our system doesn’t currently support it.

The parcel will be automatically returned to you after 5 days with no activity.
