Proof of delivery (POD) is published on the parcel’s tracking page when a parcel is delivered with a signature.
To access the POD, you’ll need to log in to your dashboard – this is for security purposes.
If there isn’t a POD displayed on your tracking page, it just means that we haven’t received it within the system and won’t be able to show it for this order.
