I need proof of delivery

Proof of delivery (POD) is the scan we get from the delivery driver to say the parcel has been delivered, and it's published on the parcel’s tracking page which can be viewed by the sender and the receiver (if their email was included in the booking).

If there isn’t a 'delivered' scan displayed on your tracking page yet, it just means that we haven’t received it within the system yet.

If you’re worried that the parcel hasn’t been received (and it's past your delivery estimate), you can launch an investigation. This article has more information on how to do it if that’s the case.
