I need proof of delivery

Proof of delivery (POD) is published on the parcel’s tracking page when a parcel is delivered with a signature.

To access the POD, you’ll need to log in to your dashboard – this is for security purposes.

If there isn’t a POD displayed on your tracking page, it just means that we haven’t received it within the system and won’t be able to show it for this order. 

If you’re worried that the parcel hasn’t been received, you can launch an investigation. This article has more information on how to do it if that’s the case.
