The parcel I received is damaged

Oh no—sorry your parcel didn’t arrive in perfect shape.

The quickest way to get it sorted is to take a few clear photos and send them to the sender. They’ll be able to kick off the next steps from their side.

Make sure the photos clearly show:

  • The packaging
  • The parcel label (with the Sendle reference number, like S3NDL3R)
  • The damaged item

Once the sender has those details, they’ll be able to help get things sorted.
