Has my parcel been picked up?

There’s no need to worry if you haven’t received a tracking update for your parcel just yet – the tracking page can take up to 24 hours to update.

We recommend you check in with the sender to see if your parcel has definitely been picked up, or if there were any delays (sometimes issues with labels or packaging can slow things down). 

The sender will take it from there. You can keep an eye on your tracking page for real-time updates by heading to and enter the Sendle reference number (eg: S3NDL3R) if the sender has given you this info.
