Sending 250g Parcels with eBay 

Sendle offers door-to-door delivery for 250g parcels booked through eBay, including free pickups.

How are 250g parcels different to other sizes?

Sendle has partnered with a new carrier to deliver 250g parcels, so there are a few key differences to be aware of:

Pick up only: 250g parcels can only be booked for pickup – you can’t drop them off like other parcel sizes. 

New pickup drivers: Sendle has partnered with a new carrier to deliver 250g parcels, so new pickup drivers will collect these parcels. 

Pickup coverage: Pickup coverage for 250g parcels is different from our regular Sendle network. Check the full list of suburbs with 250g pickup coverage.

Parcel packaging: You are free to use your own packaging, as long as they meet our packaging guidelines, the total weight is no more than 250g.

Delivery: All 250g parcels are delivered with Authority to Leave. 

Cover for loss or damage: 250g parcels booked through eBay are eligible for Sendle cover for loss or damage.

Return to depot: Sometimes the return address on the label will be a depot, rather than your address. If the parcel can’t be delivered you can have it returned to your address using the Manage parcel section of the tracking page, or using the chat function. You’ll be invoiced for the RTS costs. 

Additional fees for certain services 

Because we've partnered with a new carrier, there are a few differences in fees which only apply to 250g parcels.

Return to sender: $3.85 per Same City or National parcel, $13.20 per Remote parcel 

Redelivery: Parcel cost + $2.20 admin fee

All additional fees include GST

  1. Click on the parcel in your eBay store.
  2. Under More actions choose Manage delivery with Sendle and follow the tracking link to the Sendle page. From there, you can contact our support team about your parcel.
