I can't book a parcel: card validation failed

If you are unable to book a parcel, it may be because you are getting the error 'Card validation failed. Please try again or another card.'

Why am I getting this error?

Our payment processor, Stripe, makes a $1 pre-authorization charge to your bank to ensure that any future charges will be accepted by your bank. When this pre-authorization fails, it may return the error of 'Card validation failed. Please try again or another card.' 

How do I fix this error and start Sendling?

This error indicates that there may be an issue with your card or your bank is having a problem accepting charges.

As the notification states, you can try the same card again or add another card. Another option is to contact your bank to see if the issue is something that they can fix for you.
