Terms and Conditions: Free First Send with eBay, Shopify and WooCommerce promotion

Introduction
Limited offer: Get the total cost of 1 free parcel delivery per integration deducted from your invoice when you connect your eBay, Shopify and/or WooCommerce accounts to Sendle via Sendle’s integration dashboard and use it to book a delivery with Sendle.

The offer will automatically expire after 3 individual redemptions or at midnight on 9th March 2018, whichever comes first. The eBay offer is not extended to customers who have ever previously redeemed a Free First Send eBay offer.

Your redemption or attempted redemption of a Free First Send constitutes your acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions of use.

We recommend that you read this document carefully before using your Free First Send. If you have any complaints, questions or would like more information about your Free First Send, please contact the Support team.

Definitions
"Free First Send" is the name of this promotion.

“Sendle dashboard” means your dashboard at https://app.sendle.com/dashboard.

"eBay integration" means the eBay integration available on your Sendle dashboard at https://app.sendle.com/dashboard/ebay/orders or https://app.sendle.com/dashboard/ebay/connect.

"Shopify integration" means the Shopify integration available on your Sendle dashboard at https://app.sendle.com/dashboard/shopify/orders or https://app.sendle.com/dashboard/shopify/connect.

"WooCommerce integration" means the WooCommerce integration available on your Sendle dashboard at https://app.sendle.com/woocommerce/orders or https://app.sendle.com/dashboard/woocommerce/connect.

“First eligible order” means the first parcel remaining on the invoice which was booked with any of the eBay, Shopify or WooCommerce integrations on the Sendle dashboard.

A reference to "we" or "us" is a reference to Sendle.

A reference to "you" or "your" is a reference to the person who is the account holder of a Sendle and eBay, Shopify or WooCommerce account participating in this promotional offer for the purposes of these terms and conditions.

This is not an offer that extend to Sendle’s Xero integration at this time, and no free sends will be redeemable against orders fetched from Xero.

Free First Send eligibility
You must have a Sendle account and have agreed to Sendle’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Website User Agreement and confirmed the Dangerous Goods Declaration.
You must agree to all Free First Send Terms and Conditions.
You must have connected your eBay, Shopify and/or WooCommerce account to your Sendle dashboard using Sendle’s dashboard integration.
You are only able to claim one (1) free delivery per eBay, Shopify or WooCommerce integration; applicable to the first non-cancelled order sent for each integration. You must not have ever redeemed a free delivery against a Free First Send promotion for eBay in the past.
You may only redeem the Free First Send for one eBay, Shopify or WooCommerce account. Multiple Sendle accounts connecting to one eBay, Shopify or WooCommerce account will not each be given a Free First Send.
You may only redeem your Free First Send on a domestic parcel within Australia. It is not eligible for any international addresses.

How to use the Free First Send
Open your Sendle dashboard.
Connect your eBay, Shopify or WooCommerce account to your Sendle dashboard using Sendle’s eBay, Shopify or WooCommerce integrations.
Your orders from eBay, Shopify or WooCommerce will sync with the Sendle dashboard.
Select a parcel to ‘Send For Free’ from any of your synced eBay, Shopify or WooCommerce orders in your dashboard. If you connect more than one integration you will need to move between integration tabs to see orders relevant to that integration.
Confirm the delivery details and enter your credit card information.
Complete the booking.
At the end of the day of use, the first parcel booked with any of eBay, WooCommerce or Shopify integrations will be discounted from your invoice.
You may book a parcel on one, two, or all three of the eBay, Shopify or WooCommerce integrations and redeem a Free First send on each of them.
If you only booked 1 parcel with any of Sendle’s integrations, you will not be charged.
If you booked multiple parcels with any of Sendle’s integrations, the first non-cancelled parcel from each integration will be discounted from your invoice.
The parcel(s) that qualify for the First Free Send will be recorded on the invoice in the Billing tab on your Sendle dashboard, up to three.

Connecting multiple eBay, Shopify and WooCommerce accounts to your Sendle dashboard
You will only be eligible for a total of three (3) free deliveries from your Sendle dashboard. Redemptions are managed on an account level, marked against both your Sendle account and your eBay, Shopify and/or WooCommerce user account). You cannot add multiple integration user accounts and redeem a free delivery for each of these.

Connecting your eBay, Shopify or WooCommerce account to multiple Sendle dashboards
You will only be eligible for one (1) free delivery for each of your eBay, Shopify and WooCommerce user accounts. You will not be eligible for a Free Send for each Sendle account you manage. Redemptions are managed on an account level, marked against both your Sendle account and your eBay, Shopify and/or WooCommerce user account. You cannot create or use multiple Sendle accounts and redeem a free delivery for the same user integration accounts you have previously connected and redeemed on.

Exchange or cash
You cannot exchange your Free First Send for another tender, cash or discount.

Expiry
The offer will automatically expire at midnight on 9 March 2018.

Cancellation and voiding of Free First Send
The first booking for each integration left uncancelled at the end of the first day of use will be discounted from your invoice.

Errors and complaints
If you have reason to believe that an error has occurred in relation to your Free First Send, you can contact the Support team.
