It’ll be no surprise to you that Christmas is a busy time. The holidays are one of the most jam-packed seasons on the retail calendar and, when parcel routes are busier, deliveries can take a little longer than usual. These are the dates we recommend you send by, if you want your parcels to make it under the tree.

Last pickup date: Wednesday 19 December
Last pickup date within the same city metro areas such as Surry Hills to Bankstown in Sydney, or Footscray to St Kilda in Melbourne.
Short-haul national deliveries
Last pickup date: Monday 17 December
Last pickup date for interstate metro areas (or same-city regional areas) such as Sydney to Melbourne, Adelaide to Sydney, Melbourne to Brisbane, or Canberra to Adelaide.
Long-haul national deliveries
Last pickup date: Friday 7 December
Last pickup date to or from Western Australia, Northern Territory, far North Queensland, interstate regional areas and any remotes locations.

Zone 1 - New Zealand
Last pickup date: Thursday 7 December
This includes deliveries to both the South and North islands of New Zealand.
Zone 2 - North-America, Western Europe, Asia, and the Pacific
Last pickup date: Tuesday 4 December
