International: Book with Latin characters

When booking orders with Sendle, you must use Latin characters only. Latin characters are the letters that comprise of the Latin alphabet, being A-Z.

Examples of words that use non-Latin characters are Chinese (你好) and Arabic (مرحبا). These will not be accepted as they do not transfer across to our labels in the way that they are written.

We'd hate for anything to slow down or hinder your delivery, so we will only accept Latin characters as a rule. However, characters with accents, like á, é, í, ó, and ú, are still fine to use!
