Delivery instructions are used (and encouraged!) to help the delivery driver leave the parcel in the most convenient location, or get a signature on the first attempt. It also means that your parcels will be delivered more accurately and quicker, too!

Make them super clear
It is best to keep delivery instructions short, simple, and clear when you book an order with Sendle.

A good general rule for delivery instructions is to keep them under 25 characters. So be clear and concise.

When there are no instructions…
If there aren't any instructions or there’s no one at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, the driver may not complete your delivery (if it seems unsafe to do so). Then they’ll have to try again another day. Nobody wants that.
