Cancel an order

You can easily cancel an order with Sendle before the package is sent (once it's on its way, you can't change it).

You can't use a canceled label, so if you've already printed it make sure you throw it away.

How to cancel your order

Click Cancel order on the tracking page, under Manage parcel.

Will I get a refund?

If you cancel an order before you're billed for it (either on your scheduled payment date, or when you meet your billing threshold), you won't be billed for it and it won’t show up on your invoice.

If you cancel an order after you've been billed for it, you'll be refunded automatically - you don't need to do anything further. The refund will arrive in your bank account within 5-10 business days.
