Canceling an order with Sendle is easy—just be sure to do it before the package is sent, as we can’t make changes once it’s on its way.
Heads up: You also can't use a canceled label, so if you've already printed it make sure you rebook and print a new label if you change your mind.
How to cancel your order
Click Cancel order on the tracking page, under Manage parcel.
If the label hasn't been downloaded yet, the order will be canceled and refunded automatically. If the label has been downloaded, you'll be notified and our support team will review and approve the cancellation request.
Will I get a refund?
If you cancel an order before you're billed (either on your scheduled payment date or once you meet your billing threshold), you won’t be charged. If you cancel an order after you've been billed for it, the refund will arrive in your bank account within 10-30 business days—no extra steps needed!
If your cancellation requires approval, we’ll notify you, and the refund will be processed once our team approves the request.
What happens if I ship a cancelled order?
It’s important not to ship any orders that have been canceled, as they might be refused or even disposed of. Instead, we recommend creating a new shipping label.
If a canceled order is accidentally shipped, an adjustment charge for the original purchase price will be applied. Keep in mind that canceled orders aren’t eligible for cover or extra cover and could be flagged as fraudulent.
