Operating hours

Understand when you can use Sendle, and when the Sendle team are available to help in person.

Your Dashboard. You can create an order with Sendle at any time of the day because Sendle is online all the time. Similarly, you can use any feature on the Sendle dashboard at any time.

Customer support. Sendle's Customer Happiness team are available 24 hours a day, from 9am Monday through to 5pm Friday PST.

Business support. Sendle's business team are available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm PST.

Courier operating hours. Our delivery providers typically pickup and deliver parcels Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.

Please note that parcels will not be picked up or delivered during federal holidays.
