Sendle sends tracking updates via email to both senders and receivers. Below are examples of these tracking emails and the timings of when they are sent.
When the parcel is picked up we notify the receiver. We include a delivery estimate so that they know approximately when the parcel will arrive. We also include a tracking link so that they can track the parcel along the way.
Once the parcel is delivered we notify both the sender and receiver again. They also have an opportunity to get in touch and also to rate the service. The ratings are an essential part of improving our service – we read every single one of them and the number of stars will help us pick the best provider for the next delivery.
