On 29th of October 2018, we’re removing the $10 subscription fee on Premium accounts!

Instead, Premium account holders just need to be sending 5 parcels a week on average over 8 weeks to stay on this plan.

All existing Premium accounts have no minimum requirements for 12 months and $0 fees.

What happens when my Premium account expires?

After 12 months, you’ll just need to be sending 5 parcels a week on average over 8 weeks to access Premium rates. If you are sending less than that we will automatically pop you over to our Easy plan. 

How can I check my Premium expiry date?

You can check your Premium expiry date in your Sendle dashboard by clicking "Settings" and "Plan":

How much can I save on the Premium account compared to the Easy account?

You can save $1 on every parcel with Premium compared to Easy.

I'm on the Easy account. How do I access the Premium account?
