The tracking page says your parcel is delivered but you can’t seem to find it. In this article, we’ll cover what you need to do if this happens to you.
If the tracking on the dashboard says it’s been delivered
If your parcel has been recorded as being delivered but you definitely haven’t got it yet, it may be because:
- It was signed for by a colleague, family member, friend or neighbour (you might need to check around and ask)
- It was left in a safe place on the property. Check if it’s somewhere out of the weather
- It has been transferred to a third-party agent to complete the delivery––this is typical for more rural deliveries and is nothing to worry about––it’ll arrive soon!
- It was accidentally scanned as delivered when it was being scanned as in transit – we recommend waiting a day to see if it receives an additional tracking scan––you can view its movements on the tracking page or in the Sendle dashboard.
Start an investigation
If none of the above has occurred and you’d like us to help, you can launch an investigation with our team via the Sendle Toolbox (which sits in your Sendle dashboard). It’s quick, easy and efficient :)
