If your package shows as delivered on the tracking page but hasn’t actually arrived, don’t worry — there’s a good chance it was scanned a little early by mistake. In most cases, it will still be delivered by the end of the day.
Can’t find your package?
If your package has been recorded as being delivered but you definitely haven’t got it yet, it may be because:
- It was signed for by a colleague, family member, friend or neighbor (you might need to check around and ask)
- It was left in a safe place on the property. Check if it’s somewhere out of the weather
- It has been transferred to a third-party agent to complete the delivery—this is typical for more rural deliveries and is nothing to worry about—it’ll arrive soon!
- It was accidentally scanned as delivered when it was being scanned as in transit – we recommend waiting a day to see if it receives an additional tracking scan—you can view its movements on the tracking page or in the Sendle dashboard.
Still worried it’s missing?
If none of the above has occurred and you’d like us to help, you can launch an investigation via the Sendle tracking page. Just enter your Sendle reference number (e.g. S3NDL3R) and follow the prompts to report a missing package.
