Our delivery estimates are just that—estimates. They are there to help you get an idea on what day and time your orders will be picked up and delivered, giving you peace of mind.
This article has more information about our delivery estimates:
Find your delivery estimate
If you’re expecting a delivery via Sendle, you’ll get a delivery estimate (it’s kind of like an ETA). This will give you an idea of how long parcels like yours typically take to land at their destination.
Here’s how you can view the ETA and tracking updates:
- In email notifications (if the sender used your email address when booking the delivery)
- Through the tracking page (by using your unique Sendle code from the sender)
- Your Sendle dashboard (if you have an account)
What if my parcel is running late?
When it comes to late parcels, almost all are delivered within two business days of the delivery estimate.
However, if it has been more than two business days since the delivery estimate date—and there’s been no update to the tracking information—your parcel may be running late. You can find everything you need to know in this article.
