Our flat rate pricing

What is flat-rate pricing?

Sendle is free to sign up, with no membership fees and zero hidden costs. Basically, flat-rate pricing means you only pay for the orders you send. 

There are also no lock-in contracts or minimum volumes: all our costs are included upfront in the quote each time you create a shipment.

What does Sendle’s service include?

We are currently not offering automatic pickup requests via the Sendle dashboard. Packages can be dropped off at your nearest post office or blue collection box. You can also request pickups directly through USPS. Pickup requests from your dashboard are coming soon!

We offer all of the following inclusions at no extra charge:

  • Parcel pickup 
  • Redelivery
  • Loss liability
  • Customer parcel support
  • eCommerce integrations 

No hidden costs

With other carriers, there are some potential additional costs to look out for:

  • Taxes
  • Packaging and labels
  • Accessorial fees
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Penalty fees when minimums aren’t met 
  • Futile pickups 
  • Sign-up and subscription fees
