The parcel I'm receiving hasn't arrived yet

Getting your parcels delivered quickly and safely is our top priority, which is why we include a delivery estimate with every Sendle order.

This isn’t a guaranteed delivery date (unless it falls under our 2-day delivery guarantee), but rather a calculated estimate based on how long similar parcels typically take (just like an ETA).

Wondering where your parcel might be?

We’ve covered the most likely scenarios below:

1. If it’s still within the ETA

Just sit tight—it won’t be far away! A driver should be there soon. In the meantime, you can track your parcel a few different ways:

  • Via the simple tracking page (https://try.sendle.com/tracking) using the 6-digit reference number
  • Email notifications (if the sender used your email address when making the booking)
  • In the Sendle dashboard if you have a Sendle account

2. Then give it two business days

If it’s still within two business days since the delivery estimate, there’s no need to worry. Your parcel should be there soon! If you’re getting tracking updates and the parcel is moving in the right direction, just sit back and relax. Delays are uncommon, but they can happen occasionally.

3. If the parcel is running late

When it comes to late parcels, almost all are delivered within two business days of the delivery estimate. If you’re still getting tracking updates, just sit tight – the parcel should be there soon!

Start an investigation

If you haven’t had a tracking update in a few days and it’s been over two days since the estimated delivery date, you can launch an investigation with our team via the Sendle Toolbox (which you can find in your Sendle dashboard).
