Sendle is integrated with Easyship, a leading shipping platform accelerating borderless eCommerce.
There are two options for integrating your Easyship account with Sendle – both only take a few minutes and will allow you to use Sendle as your preferred shipping partner from the Easyship platform, giving you a completely hassle-free shipping experience.
Setting up your accounts
If you’d like to integrate your own Sendle account with Easyship, you may need to set them up if you haven’t already:
Option 1: Connect Easyship with your own Sendle account
Now that you have a Sendle account and an Easyship account, it’s super easy to connect them.
Start by generating your Sendle API:
- Log in to your Sendle dashboard (if you aren’t already logged in).
- Click on the ‘Settings’ tab from the left-hand menu.
- Click on the API tab from the top menu.
- Pop in your website URL and any other information (this is used for identification purposes only).
- Press the 'Claim Access' button (this will display your API key and your Sendle ID).
- Make sure you complete the ‘Dangerous Goods’ declaration on the Sender details tab (this is a requirement of using Sendle).
- Add a credit card for billing purposes.
Then head over to your Easyship account to complete the connection:
- Go to the couriers tab and click on ‘Add new courier’.
- Select your country then click on Sendle
- Enter your Sendle API Key and Sendle ID (this is the info you got when generating your Sendle API).
Option 2: Use Sendle within Easyship
This option would be good if you’re already using Easyship and want to choose Sendle as a preferred shipping partner for domestic shipments in the US (without needing your own Sendle account):
- Go to the Couriers tab within Easyship.
- Sendle should automatically appear depending on the addresses added to your account (only one option will appear if you use a US address).
Easyship also has a great guide for this process if you need a bit more information!
