Why can't I see tracking events for my package?

If you’re wondering why your can't see your package's tracking events anymore, we’ve got the answer for you!

Tracking events on Sendle are available for 60 days after your package has been delivered. Once that time period passes, the tracking event history is no longer accessible. Don’t worry, though! Your order will still be visible on the Sendle Dashboard.

We archive tracking data after 60 days to keep our system running smoothly and efficiently. This helps us continue delivering the best experience possible without slowing things down.

Can I see any details about my package after 60 days?

Yes! While the detailed tracking events won’t be available anymore, you’ll still see a summary of your packages journey and the latest update in your Sendle Dashboard.
